I led the repositioning effort around a new call to action: Unleash Brand Joy. Working across departments and with executive buy-in, I steered the development of our new voice, website, IP platform (Brand Joy Lab) and yearlong content rollout. From internal decks to public campaigns, we aligned the whole agency around one clear idea.
The relaunch sparked a 90%+ increase in web traffic, drove a 140% increase in qualified inbound leads and helped reposition PETERMAYER on the national stage.
